Processing Time: Each piece is ethically handcrafted in Nova Scotia, Canada. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared for its journey.

Shipping Rates: We offer reliable shipping options across Canada and internationally via Canada Post.

Packaging: Your jewelry arrives in beautiful, boutique packaging, ready for gifting or a personal bee-jeweled moment.

Tracking: Once your treasure has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its path to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your artisan jewelry.

Return Window: If a piece isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our Nova Scotia studio safely. Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund for the item's purchase price.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item—perhaps for a different length of our 18k Gold Cuban Link Chain—please contact us to start the process.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, earrings (like our Sesame Jasper Fans) are final sale.
